Rhubarb Baloon
Ingredients for preparation
- 150 ml apple and rhubarb-flavoured drink
- 50 ml sparkling water or light lemonade
- a few ice cubes
- a thin slice of apple
- a piece of rhubarb or pink fruit garnish
- optionally, a mint leaf
Preparation
Put ice into a tall glass. Pour in the apple and rhubarb-flavoured drink and sparkling water. Stir gently. Garnish with a slice of apple, a mint leaf and a pink fruit accent.
