Contract Manufacturing

A production and supply contract may cover production and deliveries throughout the entire year or another agreed period. For example, a client may contract a specific quantity of a product for 12 months, with deliveries made on a recurring basis: monthly, quarterly or according to an individual schedule.

For the client, this means greater security of supply and better cost control. For VIN-KON S.A., in turn, it provides the opportunity to plan production responsibly and maintain the continuous availability of the contracted product.

In practice, a contract may cover, for example, regular monthly deliveries of 20, 50 or more tonnes of malt extract, fruit concentrate or vegetable concentrate, in accordance with the recipient’s arrangements and needs.

VIN-KON S.A. carries out contracts for the production and regular delivery of light and dark malt extracts. These products may be used by breweries, industrial bakeries, beverage manufacturers, confectioneries, food processing plants and companies manufacturing malt-based products.

As part of the contract, the key product parameters are agreed, including color, extract content, flavor profile, consistency, intended technological use and the recipient’s quality requirements.

A standing contract for malt extract allows the client to secure continuity of supply, avoid the risk of periodic raw material shortages and better plan their own production.

Long-term contracts may also cover fruit concentrates used in the production of juices, beverages, confectionery, ice cream, dairy products, fruit preserves and other food products.

VIN-KON S.A. can provide regular deliveries of fruit concentrates in accordance with an agreed schedule and quality parameters. This includes, among others, apple, pear, sour cherry, blackcurrant, chokeberry, strawberry, plum, elderberry and rosehip concentrates.

Through contract-based cooperation, the client receives a product with stable parameters, delivered in agreed quantities and at agreed times.

Under its contract manufacturing model, VIN-KON S.A. also offers vegetable concentrates intended for producers of juices, beverages, sauces, marinades, functional products, preserves and other food products.

Contracts may include regular production and delivery of concentrates such as beetroot, black radish, onion, celery or other vegetable raw material concentrates, in accordance with technological capabilities and the agreed customer requirements.

This model allows industrial customers to secure access to specific semi-finished products throughout the entire term of the agreement.

VIN-KON S.A. can also fulfil contracts for the production and delivery of wine products. This applies both to finished products and solutions intended for B2B customers, the food service sector, distributors, retail chains or further processing, i.e. producers of vinegar, mustard, etc.

The contract may include a specified production volume, regular deliveries, agreed product parameters and a fulfilment schedule. This gives the customer a predictable supply, while the product can be tailored to a specific sales channel or application.

Contract-based cooperation makes it possible to plan production sufficiently in advance and reserve technological capacity for a specific customer. This is particularly important for products requiring the availability of seasonal raw materials, specific technological parameters or regular production in large volumes.

By determining demand in advance, VIN-KON S.A. can prepare a production schedule, secure raw materials, plan storage and adapt logistics to the customer’s expectations.

This solution is intended for companies that do not want to purchase raw materials randomly, from month to month, but prefer to base their supply on a stable, long-term agreement.

Każdy kontrakt ustalany jest indywidualnie. Dostawy mogą być realizowane w stałych partiach miesięcznych, większych dostawach kwartalnych bądź według innego harmonogramu dopasowanego do potrzeb klienta.

Możliwe jest ustalenie rocznego wolumenu i rozłożenie go na regularne partie dostaw. Dzięki temu klient nie musi jednorazowo odbierać całej ilości produktu, a jednocześnie ma pewność, że zakontraktowana ilość będzie dla niego dostępna w uzgodnionym czasie.
