The project entitled “Modernisation of the VIN-KON S.A. enterprise in the field of production of wine products and fruit and vegetable concentrates” aims to optimise the production process, improve transport, modernise and streamline the company management process, and increase data security.

Export Development Plan
The VIN-KON S.A. enterprise is implementing a project entitled Implementation of the Export Development Plan for the further internationalisation of VIN-KON S.A.’s operations., co-financed by European Funds under the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014–2020, Sub-measure 1.4.1 Internationalisation of the regional economy.
Project objectives:
- Overall objective of the project is to develop VIN-KON S.A.’s operations by internationalising sales and significantly increasing the share of exports in revenue.
- Specific objectives:
1. Increase in export sales value
2. Internationalization of the company’s operations
3. Increase in the company’s competitiveness through diversification of sales markets
4. Increase in innovation resulting from the need to adapt products to the requirements of foreign markets and meet international competition (implementation of organizational and process changes through the investment component of the project);
Planned project outcomes
Thanks to the implementation of the project, the company:
- will significantly improve cooperation with foreign contractors
- will achieve further growth in export sales, which will contribute to increasing the profitability of its operations;
- will significantly increase its recognition in target export markets

European Funds contribution: 567.471,35 PLN
1. Selection of a provider of advisory services for finding foreign partners and organizing meetings.
As a result of the competitive procedure conducted, the contractor for the services was selected: VN Laboratorium Innowacji Jolanta Agata Bryzgalska.
2. Line for filling the product into unit packages, including installation
As a result of the conducted competitiveness procedure, the following contractor was selected: ZAKŁAD MECHANICZNY Jerzy Robak
3. Selection of a provider of services and quality testing in specialized laboratories approving VIN-KON S.A. products for the U.S. and Swedish markets.
As a result of the competitive procedure, the following contractor was selected: J.S.Hamilton Poland S.A.
4. Selection of the contractor for promotional materials — catalogues and leaflets.
As a result of the competitive procedure conducted, the following contractor was selected: Przedsiębiorstwo Poligraficzno-Usługowe Multigraf s.c.
5. Selection of the contractor for promotional materials — promotional wall and banner.
As a result of the competitive procedure carried out, the following contractor was selected: Agencja Reklamowa Drukarnia ARA s.c.
6. Selection of a contractor for flights by air to Baltimore, USA
“Notice – change to the content of the request for quotation on 05.08.2016 – withdrawal of the requirement concerning changing the passenger’s surname.”

As a result of the competitive procedure, the following contractor was selected: Delta Tour Sp. z o.o
7. Selection of a contractor for HALAL certification for the US and Swedish markets
As none of the submitted offers met the requirements of the request for proposal, the procedure was closed without a decision. A new request for proposal will be published shortly.

As a result of the competitive procedure conducted, the following contractor was selected: Halal Certification Europe (HCE).
8. Selection of a contractor for KOSHER certification for the US and Swedish markets
As a result of the competitive procedure conducted, the following contractor was selected: OK Kosher Certification.
Development of cider, perry and fruit wine production
The operation entitled “DEVELOPMENT OF CIDER, PERRY AND FRUIT WINE PRODUCTION” is co-financed by the European Union under Measure 4.2. Support for investments in the processing of agricultural products, trade in them or their development, under the Rural Development Programme for 2014–2020.
The main objective of the RDP 2014–2020 is to improve the competitiveness of agriculture, sustainably manage natural resources and take climate action, as well as to promote the sustainable territorial development of rural areas.
Project objectives:
General objective of the project is to develop VIN-KON S.A. by purchasing a modern production line enabling the implementation of innovative process and product solutions.
Specific objectives:
- Improving the competitiveness of VIN-KON S.A. by increasing the added value of primary agricultural production (improving the quality of processed agricultural products)
- Improving the competitiveness and better integration of the VIN-KON S.A. plant with suppliers by guaranteeing agricultural producers long-term sales of agricultural products
Planned project outcomes:
Upon completion of the project, the company will:
- implement innovations in the area of process and product
- achieve an increase in sales, which will contribute to increasing the company’s profitability
- significantly improve cooperation with suppliers

As a result of the tender comparison procedure, in accordance with the competitiveness principle, the most advantageous offer submitted by ZAKŁAD MECHANICZNY Jerzy Robak.

Beneficiary: VIN-KON JOINT-STOCK COMPANY
Project objective: The objective of the project is for the Beneficiary to conduct research and development works aimed at improving the quality of beetroot concentrate.
The project also includes the development of R&D infrastructure through the purchase of laboratory equipment for R&D activities
