Forest Fizz
Ingredients for preparation
- 90 ml of EDELROT Premium wine
- 40 ml of blackcurrant or chokeberry juice
- 60 ml of tonic, sparkling water or lemonade
- a few raspberries, blueberries or cherries
- ice
- mint for decoration
Preparation
Add ice and fruit to a glass or large tumbler. Pour in the wine and blackcurrant or chokeberry juice. Add tonic, sparkling water or lemonade. Stir gently and garnish with mint. The drink is very visually appealing.
