Garden Spritz
Ingredients for preparation
- 120 ml Carlos Blanco wine
- 40-60 ml sparkling water or tonic
- 2-3 thin slices of green apple
- a thin strip of lime peel or a slice of lime
- a few fresh mint leaves
- ice
Preparation
Fill a large glass with ice. Add a slice of green apple and lime. Pour in the chilled Carlos Blanco wine, top up with sparkling water or tonic and stir gently. Place a sprig of mint on top. Serve as an aperitif or a summer drink.
