Winter Plum Spritz
Ingredients for preparation
- 120 ml of chilled Grzaniec Śliwkowy
- 60 ml of prosecco or another sparkling wine
- 20 ml of orange liqueur
- a few ice cubes
- orange slice
- sprig of rosemary or thyme
Preparation
Place ice in a large glass. Pour in the chilled Grzaniec Śliwkowy, then add the orange liqueur and prosecco. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary. This is a fresher, modern version of plum mulled wine.
