Plum Velvet
Ingredients for preparation
- 150 ml Mulled Plum Wine
- 30 ml brandy or cognac
- 20 ml vanilla syrup
- 20 ml 30% cream or unsweetened condensed milk
- a pinch of cinnamon
- grated dark chocolate for decoration
Preparation
Gently heat the Mulled Plum Wine. Add the brandy, vanilla syrup and cream, then mix thoroughly. Pour into an elegant cup or low glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little grated dark chocolate.
