Berry Fizz
Ingredients for preparation
- 120 ml Carlos Rosado wine
- 40 ml sparkling water or lemon soda
- 2-3 raspberries
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- a slice of lemon
- a few mint leaves
- ice
Preparation
Fill the glass with ice. Add the raspberries, strawberry slices and lemon slice. Pour in the well-chilled Carlos Rosado wine, then add the sparkling water or soda. Stir gently and garnish with mint. Serve as a light dessert drink, with fruit, ice cream or cakes.
